Guests may begin arriving at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, so please plan to be seated beforehand.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. If you arrive after it has started, please wait to be seated until a pause in the ceremony or join us at the reception afterward.

Please park only in the clubhouse parking lot or the lower parking lot of the C3 Church located up the hill from the clubhouse. We kindly ask guests not to park on the street due to HOA restrictions.

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be inside the clubhouse immediately after. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Attire is backyard semi-casual. Think nice but comfortable! Button-ups, sundresses, or casual dressy outfits are perfect. No need for formal wear.

Children are welcome! Please include them in your RSVP so we can plan food and seating.

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Dinner will be provided by a taco truck during the reception along with drinks and water. Come hungry!

The taco truck will open during the reception shortly after the ceremony. We invite guests to enjoy drinks, mingle, and allow the wedding party a few minutes for photos before lining up for food.

Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and champagne during the reception. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home if needed.
